The Altitude and Soils Complexity<\/h3>\n

A unique terroir<\/h2>\n

Our vineyard is located in the heart of Agrelo (IG)<\/strong>, in Luj\u00e1n de Cuyo (DoC),<\/strong> a terroir recognized worldwide for the high enological quality of the wines produced here. The Andean altitude of 1,050 meters (3,445 feet) grants us cool nights that give our wines a distinctive elegance and freshness. Beneath the surface, a unique convergence of soils imparts an unmistakable signature.<\/p>\n

Understanding our vineyard is a constant dialogue. Through a deep study of our soils, we have learned to listen to its nuances, identifying small plots\u2014our “polygons”\u2014with superlative qualities. We harvest and vinify these plots separately, honoring the individuality of each sector. This meticulous care allows us to capture the purest and most sophisticated expression of Remolinos Vineyard, creating wines that are, above all, unrepeatable.<\/p>\n
