With the Andes as a backdrop, the tranquility of the vineyard and the unimposing architecture of Finca Decero, it is of little surprise to those who have visited that Finca Decero was awarded the Trophy for ‘Best Landscape and Architecture’ in the Great Wine Capitals competition of 2009.

Restaurant

The high quality approach of Finca Decero transcends into the excellent cuisine of our restaurant. The seasonal menu of Finca Decero combines local ingredients to form highly creative dishes which match perfectly with our wines.

Finca Decero restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Sunday including holidays. Advance booking is essential. Lunch reservations begin between the hours of 12.30 – 3pm and the restaurant closes at 6pm.

Wine Lovers’ Tour

Duration: 1 hour. Reservation required.

This tour is designed for wine lovers, it is for those that want to discover ideas and beauty behind our wines. It involves a tour of the winery and a tasting of 3 of our wines and time to relax on our estate.

Birdwatching

Home to over 40 species of birds, Finca Decero is the ideal place for birdwatching and simply enjoying the tranquility of the natural environment. Join us in the morning for what we lovingly call “Hitchcock Hour” to see Chimango falcons pluck up worms and down them in one gulp. Watch the beautiful Black Ibis swirling around the noisy Tero (Lapwings) or catch sight of the guardians of our vineyard the Lechuza Owls as they keep watch for the eponymous Remolinos (dust devil whirlwinds). By the time you leave Finca Decero you will have discovered the “Twitcher” in you!
